Notice on the Launch of Electronic Health Declaration Form

Starting from 13 November 2020, all foreign passengers who take flights or charters to the Mainland of China from Papua New Guinea will be required to present the Electronic Health Declaration Form for boarding. Foreign passengers can apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computer or smart phone. Foreign passengers should fill in the information, declare the health status and upload the testing certificates online, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese Embassy in PNG. Upon approval, they will receive the Electronic Health Declaration Form, which will be displayed in QR code with the “HDC” mark. Foreign passengers must present the electronic QR code, and follow the procedures for inspection by relevant airlines during boarding.

Chinese passengers (including the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and the Taiwan region) shall still apply for the green health code with the “HS” mark via the WeChat Health Code app.
